Making Sustainability Visible: BRANDINC Brings Pandora’s Story to Life Across Estonia

What does sustainability look like when you can actually see it, walk around it and experience it up close? This summer, BRANDINC, the distributor of Pandora in Estonia, brought Pandora’s sustainability story to life through a series of pop-up displays created as part of the Estonian Fashion Festival - the country’s biggest sustainable fashion event. One of these special installations found its home at Lõunakeskus in Tartu, inviting visitors to discover the story behind the jewellery they wear and the people who make it.

Rather than simply talking about sustainability, the pop-up gallery gave it a visual and human dimension.

Through a series of striking images, visitors could follow Pandora’s journey towards more responsible craftsmanship - from the materials used to create each piece to the hands and skills behind the finished jewellery.

At the heart of the story is a simple idea: what we choose today shapes the world we share tomorrow.

Pandora has committed to crafting its jewellery with 100% recycled silver and gold, while using renewable energy in its operations. But sustainability is about more than materials and energy. It is also about people - the skilled artisans who hand-finish each piece, the working environments they deserve, and the responsibility a global brand has towards everyone involved in bringing a product to life.

The gallery was designed to make these less visible parts of the journey more tangible. Each image opened a window into the craftsmanship, people and choices behind Pandora jewellery, encouraging visitors to pause and think about what responsible fashion can mean in everyday life.

For BRANDINC, creating experiences like this is about more than building a temporary installation. As Pandora’s distributor in Estonia, we see our role as not only bringing the brand closer to consumers, but also finding meaningful ways to communicate the values behind it. The pop-up gallery gave us an opportunity to turn Pandora’s sustainability commitments into an experience that people could discover for themselves.

Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important part of the way we think about fashion, design and consumption. Experiences such as Pandora’s pop-up gallery help turn that conversation into something more accessible, personal and inspiring.

Because ultimately, responsible choices are not only about where a product comes from. They are about the future we want to create together.
