2011

BRANDINC was founded.
Pandora and Carpisa were introduced to the Lithuanian and Latvian markets.

2012

Caprisa expanded into Poland and Romania.

2014

10th Pandora store and its expansion into Romania.
Collaboration with Carpisa achieved the goals.

2015

Pandora was introduced to the Estonian market.
Team expanded to 100 employees.

2016

Business expansion, new shareholders.
2016 Steve Madden was introduced to the CEE region.

2017

Steve Madden’s expansion into Latvia.

2018

5th Steve Madden store opens in Poland.

2019

Cole Haan’s entry into the DACH region and Poland.

2020

Launch of Cole Haan, Steve Madden, and Pandora e-commerce stores.

2023

Addition of SK and CZ markets to Steve Madden.

2024

Began collaboration with WODEN.

2025

Refitting all Pandora stores in Baltic market with a new retail concept.

The Story

2011 was not only the year BRANDIC was founded, but also the year marked by the opening of the first three Pandora stores in Lithuania and Latvia, as well as the introduction of the Carpisa brand to the Lithuanian market. The following year, we opened two more Carpisa stores in Poland and Romania. Even though our journey with Carpisa ended in 2014, the experience we gained helped us take further steps by opening Pandora stores in Romania and Estonia, also marking the 10th Pandora store opening in the Eastern market.

We’re happy to look back and say that not only did our partners’ presence grow, but our team did as well. In 2015, our team welcomed its 100th employee. After this meaningful milestone, business expansion began in 2016 with the addition of new shareholders and the opening of the first Steve Madden store in Poland, followed by the opening of the next store in Latvia the following year.

As the challenges of 2020 pushed us from the physical to the digital world, we adapted to the changing landscape and started an e-commerce collaboration with Cole Haan for the DACH region and Poland, also launched Pandora’s online store in all three Baltic countries, and expanded Steve Madden’s online store into Slovakia and Czechia. In 2024, we achieved our goals with Cole Haan and the experience we gained will remain timeless.
