PANDORA Baltic stores are getting a major upgrade

BRANDINC, Pandora’s official representative in the Baltics, is transforming all 19 stores in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia with the new EVOKE concept. The full transformation is set for completion by the end of 2025, reinforcing Pandora’s premium presence in the region.

BRANDINC, the official representative of Pandora in the Baltic region, is making major strides in enhancing the customer experience with an ambitious retail transformation.

In Fall 2024, the company launched a large-scale renovation project to upgrade all 19 Pandora retail stores across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to the new Pandora EVOKE concept — a bold step toward redefining modern jewelry shopping.

As of today, 10 out of 19 stores have already undergone a full transformation. The results? A more immersive, intuitive, and emotionally engaging shopping journey that strengthens Pandora brand connection with its Baltic customers.

WHAT IS PANDORA EVOKE CONCEPT?

Pandora EVOKE concept is the brand’s latest global store design, built around personalization, emotional storytelling, and intuitive navigation. Designed to reflect Pandora's mission of celebrating individuality, EVOKE stores feature:

  • Modern, open layouts that guide customers naturally through the product collections.
  • Personalized displays that highlight the stories behind each piece of jewelry.
  • Interactive zones where customers can discover, explore, and connect with the brand in a more meaningful way.

By aligning with this new retail vision, BRANDINC ensures that Pandora stores in the Baltics offer a world-class shopping environment, consistent with the brand’s identity worldwide.
